Oregon Orchard Shipping and Handling Information

Shipping Overview for Buyers –

  • Orders are filled once a day; orders placed after 1pm PT are fulfilled the next day.
  • Orders are filled only during our store business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Shipment occurs once a day around 2pm PT.
  • Order shipment may occasionally be delayed a day due to staffing, holiday closures, and inclement weather. You will not be notified if this happens (usually for the same reason), but we will ship your order ASAP.
  • The cost of shipment is the lowest possible; we do not add markup or adjust the price at all.
  • We ship all orders via UPS.

Additional Important Information

  • Chocolate orders will be shipped with a cold pack from June through September.
    • Please track you chocolate order with the UPS tracking number. Being aware that chocolate melts; please don’t let it sit in heat or sun.
    • Second Day Air shipping is recommended for chocolate orders from June through September.
  • We will ship to the US & Canada only.
  • We can only ship to home and business addresses — no PO boxes or Military bases.
