Welcome New HGO Team Members

Ryan Flaherty, Grower Relations Manager
Ryan Flaherty comes to us with 18 years of experience in Ag Business. His most recent experience was at Diamond Foods out of northern California where he served the past 7 years as their Grower Services Manager. He is a great listener and problem solver and he will use these skills as he provides service to the growers, the wash plants and be the conduit to the team at the Donald plant. We look forward to Ryan helping to increase the frequency and quality of information being shared with HGO grower members. Please give Ryan a warm welcome as he works the field and meets with each of you.

Dianna Haugen , Director of Retail Sales 
Dianna Haugen comes to HGO from the Northern Fort Worth Area of Texas. At HGO she will focus on developing product placement and distribution in the retail channel as the Director of Retail Sales for the Oregon Orchard Brand.

Andrea Fields, Inside Sales Manager
Andrea Fields comes to HGO from the SW Portland area. She will serve as the new Inside Sales Manager overseeing the customer service team. She will also focus on growing new business in the club channel (Costco, Sam’s club) and with our existing customer base including Trader Joe’s. She will also pursue new opportunities in private label.

Ken Firl, Director of Ingredient Sales
Ken Firl joins HGO from Blue Diamond Growers in Sacramento where he was the Global Ingredients Sales Director for Key Accounts. At HGO he will serve as the Director of Ingredient Sales where he will focus on maintaining HGO’s existing customer base and expanding ingredient sales into new markets. Ken has 14+ years of prior experience with Blue Diamond Growers and brings with him extended knowledge and experience from the nut industry along with established customer relationships.
