In pursuit of the Gold Standard of hazelnut quality, the production team carried out an extensive test of different roaster settings to determine which would provide the best flavor and texture.
More than 50 combinations were evaluated for factors such as roasting level, crunch, and overall flavor. From this taste test we have already adjusted our roaster to increase quality and productivity. Taste panels like this one will be used as we continue to fine tune our equipment and create new flavors and products.
